Upon receipt of the Travel Voucher: Up to 30 percent of the total cost.
45 days before the scheduled date of your first booking with us: Full payment of 100 percent of the total cost is required.
Payments should be made within seven days unless specific circumstances necessitate a different arrangement.
Please note that certain suppliers may impose stricter payment terms for specific bookings, and these conditions will be communicated to you prior to booking and clearly outlined in your Travel Voucher. Additionally, individual cancellation terms will always be provided.
Our prices already incorporate all applicable taxes. However, it’s essential to be aware that government tax policies in your chosen destination(s) might change unexpectedly without prior notice. Please refer to our Price Guarantee for more details.
In the event of a cancellation, whether in its entirety or partially, we are committed to voluntarily refunding all recoverable costs, going beyond the limits outlined in our Booking Conditions.
For canceled tailor-made itineraries, please be aware that we retain the right to apply additional administrative fees of up to 8 percent of the total booking cost when calculating recoverable costs. It’s important to note that your refund may be subject to bank charges. Generally, we do not provide refunds for early checkouts or no-shows.
Rest assured that the total cancellation charges for your booking will not exceed the maximum levels specified. We strongly recommend checking whether your travel insurance policy offers coverage for such refunds.
Cancellation made 30 days or more prior to arrival: No charges will be incurred.
Cancellation made less than 30 to 10 days before the scheduled arrival date: 50% of the Accommodation charge will be charged.
Cancellation made less than 10 days prior to arrival date: 100% of the Accommodation charge will be charged.
