Once you make the booking, we will be sending a confirmation email to you with all the information regarding the booking.
You will be able to cancel bookings according to the cancellation policy of the property.
Your confirmation email will list if any meals are included or not included. Depending on the property it may be possible to add a meal plan upon arrival. Please contact the property directly 1-2 days before your stay to find out more

It is not possible to make changes to your booking.

Yes, visitors can extend their 30-day tourist visa for a maximum of 90 days by paying a fee. To apply for an extension, travelers must submit a copy of their passport’s bio-data page, two photographs, proof of sufficient funds (such as traveler’s checks or credit cards), and proof of onward travel out of Sri Lanka.
